About This Role
The President is responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, and relationship-building across the community. You’ll be the primary advocate for our business members while guiding internal teams and public-facing initiatives.

Top Responsibilities:
- Manage Chamber operations and events with energy and precision
- Promote policy and business advocacy at the local and regional levels
- Collaborate with government, nonprofits, and educators to strengthen the economy
- Cultivate members through outreach, marketing, and high-value programming
- Manage budgets, sponsorships, and fundraising goals
- Champion small business success stories and economic wins
Qualifications We Value:
- Strong leadership and communication experience
- Familiarity with the Chamber world, public affairs, or nonprofit management
- A passion for growing business and creating community impact
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but real-world leadership counts just as much
- Ability to create strategic plans and inspire teams to act
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $55,000–$65,000
- Phone allowance: $150/month
- Mileage reimbursement
